Albert Li is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Owlet, where he oversees legal, regulatory, quality and compliance affairs. Mr. Li brings over 26 years of experience in legal professional services, medical technology and healthcare industries to Owlet. Prior to Owlet, he was a corporate and securities partner at the global law firm DLA Piper where he focused on
diverse business transactions and corporate governance for emerging technology and life sciences companies. After law firm practice, Mr. Li served in legal, business and compliance executive roles at several global medical products and technology companies, including Abbott Laboratories, Zimmer Holdings and Otto Bock HealthCare North America. Mr. Li received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctorate degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
