With over twenty-five years of operating experience, Marc has seamlessly integrated his financial and technological expertise from roles most recently as President and COO at Nextiva, CFO at Anaplan, Vice President of Worldwide Sales Finance at Apple, Corporate Controller at CA, Inc., and Head of Technology Equity Research at Julius Baer Investment Management. Marc's expertise spans operational excellence, corporate finance, strategy, capital markets, credit, equity analysis, mergers & acquisitions, and divestitures across the global technology market. He has also contributed his knowledge to public boards including Arista Networks, Earthlink, and Windstream, as well as various private boards in roles as an angel investor or advisor. Marc holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
