Kurt Workman serves as Owlet's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors. Mr. Workman co-founded Owlet in 2012, leading the company's growth and strategy from inception, and was instrumental in overseeing the research and development of several of the company's key product offerings, including the iconic Owlet Dream Sock. Mr. Workman studied Chemical Engineering at Brigham Young University.

Jonathan Harris has more than 30 years of experience in management and advisory roles in hardware and software companies. Most recently, Mr. Harris held various leadership positions at Molekule Group, Inc. (“Molekule”), formerly AeroClean Technologies, Inc. (“AeroClean”), an air purification technology company. Before his tenure with Molekule and AeroClean, Mr. Harris served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of KAMU Labs, Inc. and as a strategic advisor at reMarkable. He also served as the President of Aura Frames and as Senior Vice President of Intergalactic Sales & Field Marketing at GoPro, Inc. Mr. Harris has also worked for brands including Jawbone, Roku, and Microsoft. Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.

Burc Sahinoglu is Chief Technology Officer at Owlet, leading all hardware and software engineering for current and future products and services. Mr. Sahinoglu has three decades of experience in New York City, Istanbul, and San Francisco, with expertise across startup management, research and development, cloud computing and more. Before coming to Owlet he was part of the engineering leadership team at August Home from the company's Series A infancy to its acquisition by ASSA ABLOY in 2017. Mr. Sahinoglu has a master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University and a master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Faculte Polytechnique de Mons in Belgium.

David Kizer is Chief Operating Officer at Owlet, where he oversees all manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, IT and customer service. Mr. Kizer has more than a decade of experience launching and scaling businesses. Prior to Owlet, he worked at Gioteck as a product director and before that, across various roles at Skullcandy. He also services as Vice President for the Swaner EcoCenter in Park City. Mr. Kizer holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a MBA from the University of Utah.

Elizabeth Teran serves as Owlet’s Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to Owlet, Ms. Teran worked at global consumer electronics company Skullcandy for nearly a decade in Product Marketing Management. Ms. Teran holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising.

Amanda Twede Crawford is the Chief Financial Officer at Owlet, bringing more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance to her role. Before becoming CFO, Amanda served as Owlet's VP of Financial Planning and Analysis for 2 years. Prior to Owlet, she held multiple positions at Swire Coca-Cola, USA including VP of Finance and Corporate Controller, where she helped scale the business from $500M to over $2.5B in revenue through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a licensed CPA in Utah. She holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Utah.
